Normally I'd write out colophons in nice little paragraphs, but one: it's the internet, I think lists work better for this sort of thing; and two: I don't want to.

The typeface of the title is Mayflower Antique. The body is set in (depending on what you have on your computer) Tahoma (or Verdana, or a default sans serif) and the headers are set in Bookman (or Georgia, or a default serif).

The image of the jester and monk comes from Liam's Pictures from Old Books.
